I recently got the HTC EVO. To say its a new phone would be wrong. The cellphone has been out for a year. Before i get into the EVO let me start of by saying i had an iPhone. This post is not in anyways saying that iPhone isn’t a great phone or what not. I do miss the functions and some of the features on it.

the good: HTC EVO has one of the biggest screens out right now. The screen measures at 4.3 inches. Its a big touch screen which eases website browsing and watching movies on the phone. Front facing camera for video chat and a rear camera with 8 mega-pixel camera with 720p video recording, HDMI-out, and WiMAX compatibility.

the bad: HTC EVO’s battery life is horrible. i thought the iPhone was bad but the EVO is worse. I currently have this problem fixed by having the phone “rooted”. i wont go into details about what that means. Currently HTC EVO is only on the Sprint network. Sprint’s 4G network is limited at this time, making the mandatory $10 premium data add-on tough to swallow for anyone outside of the coverage area.

The EVO is beautiful to look at. Android system may not have as many apps as the iPhone but honestly who really uses all the apps that they download? A lot of the features on the EVO are not used. The face to face chats and the 4G. The HTC Evo 4G is easily Sprint’s best smart-phone and one of today’s top Android devices. It also shows the promise of 4G, which will grow as Sprint’s WiMax network expands, but until there’s broader 4G coverage, it’s hard to agree with the mandatory premium data add-on fee.

Aventus is a new olfactory creation from the perfumer Olivier Creed, which celebrates the strength, vision and success. It is inspired by the dramatic life of the emperor Napoleon. Erwin Creed has selected the ingredients for this composition derived from the whole world. Provocative, masculine and optimistic fragrance.

Inspired by Napoleon, Aventus draws on select ingredients from places associated with the life of this self-made king. With the idea of success at its core, Aventus celebrates power, strength, and vision – certainly attributes we’d like more of! So let me suggest a good daily misting of this Imperially fresh scent before heading out on your own life’s conquests.

Top notes: blackcurrant, bergamot, apple and pineapple. Heart: rose, dry birch, Moroccan jasmine and patchouli. Base: oak moss, musk, ambergris, and vanilla.

The Nike Air Max 1 was the talk of the sneaker world for the end of 2009 and beginning of 2010, though we’ve seen a drop in release numbers lately. Back for October is this simple but effective colorway, which boasts a grey suede majority. Helping out at various points is white ballistic mesh. Tying the shoe together is the use of an always popular gum outsole.
